The pools were great for families, and we enjoyed fresh cooking each night with plenty of options available. The staff were friendly and eager to help throughout our stay.

The dining areas could use more cleanliness during peak times, and we faced some inconveniences due to limited bar facilities and evening entertainment options.

The fake grass around the pool areas got waterlogged, making for an unpleasant experience underfoot. First-come, first-served reservation madness for loungers led to conflicts with other guests, and the dining area was cramped, causing food shortages during meal times. Though the barbecue burger was delicious, there were serious concerns about sanitation, as gloves were never changed during food handling. A single bar was open each night with frustratingly long queues, and the evening entertainment was lackluster with little variety or quality.

I recently enjoyed a stay at Livvo in Maspalomas, where the family-oriented atmosphere made for a delightful experience. The clean and spacious family room catered perfectly to us, and the kids loved the dedicated entertainment programs, especially the mini-disco. I noticed some challenges with lounge chair reservations around the pool. it delivered a memorable holiday for our family.

we had a fantastic stay at livvo! our family room was spacious and clean, perfect for us and the kids. the animation team was amazing, keeping everyone entertained. we also loved the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on-site. it’s just a quick cab ride away (about 5 euros) from plenty of shops and a wonderful area to explore nearby.

Recommend it for families

We had a slight issue with our room but the reception instantly upgraded us to a more spacious apartment, that was a nice surprise, can't complain about that! The animation team really made the holiday worth it, they spoke 10 languages between them, and we were able to play games, make new friends and immerse ourselves in different cultures.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for the experience we got.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a good layout for ease of use. The buffet had plenty of food choices, although some dishes were lukewarm. The hotel grounds were well maintained, but the evening entertainment options were quite limited. It's a great option for families seeking a budget-friendly getaway, but expect to venture out for more vibrant nightlife.
